Chairman's Shield Competition

The movie can be in any aspect ratio in miniDV, DVD or Blu-ray, and must not have been entered previously in the Chairman’s Shield competitions. Adjudication will be by ballot of members present on special voting forms to be distributed by before the start of the meeting. More information can be found here.
