Annual competition between Harrow Cine & Video Society and Potters Bar Cine & Video Society. Each Club presents a programme of videos up to a maximum 40 minutes. The winner is the Club which,, in the Judge's opinion, puts on the better programme. |

The last competition was 17 October 2013. This time, according to the judge Michael Crowe, the winners were Potters Bar.
